the Competition you are entering and your answer to the Competition Question.

You may make multiple free entries for any competition (up to any limit placed on entries by the Promoter) but each free entry must be submitted and posted to the Promoter separately. Whether it's providing medical care, offering practical support, or simply being there when someone needs help most, these remarkable people often go above and beyond without recognition.

The Fleming Family Easy Peasy Foundation was created as a small way of giving something back.

Every week, we give away £500 in cash, split between five winners receiving £100 each. This weekly giveaway is open to NHS staff, healthcare support workers, care industry professionals and informal carers who dedicate their time to helping others.

It's simply our way of recognising the people who make life better for so many others.

• Informal carers include individuals who provide unpaid care or support to a family member, friend, partner or loved one due to illness, disability, age, or other care needs.
• One entry per person.
• Five winners will be selected every week via an automated draw.
• Winners may be asked to provide evidence of employment or caring responsibilities before prizes are awarded.
• Employees, moderators and immediate family members of Easy Peasy Prizes and The Fleming Family Foundation are not eligible to enter.
